Have you ever wondered, "Who are those people who answer all the calls in the office? How on earth do they know what to say? Where do they come from?"

We have more than 20 people who work at the Love INC offices each week. They do a variety of jobs. One person loves to do data entry. One person has beautiful handwriting and addresses all our envelopes each week while she also acts as a receptionist. If you have received an envelope from Love INC recently, it was probably addressed by her.

There are a few men who come each week and are able to minister to men in a way that women can't. They also do a lot of deliveries. One man gives each Tuesday afternoon to do deliveries. Another gives Tuesday morning and yet a third does deliveries and repairs on Friday afternoon.

Many of our volunteers are what we call telephone receptionists. They answer the calls for help. They listen with empathy and they offer prayer for everyone who calls. They fill out our intake forms. In the picture above you'll see LaCheri, our clearinghouse coordinator training some office volunteers. She gives them good guidelines and is always in the room beside them to answer any questions they may have.

We have office volunteers from more than ten churches in Benton County. Check it out-you may find that it's a rewarding and wonderful way to spend a couple of hours a week.
